Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Lux Views Co.. This policy explains what we collect and why.

About our service

Lux Views Co. is a free referral service, not a contractor. We do not perform installation work. Projects are completed by independent, licensed contractors who are responsible for their own work, licensing, and warranties.

Information you give us

When you submit the form, we collect the details you enter (name, phone, email, neighborhood or address, and project type). Submitting the form shares your information with a participating licensed contractor, who will contact you about your project and estimate. We use your information only to match you with a contractor and follow up on your request. We do not sell your information to data brokers or advertisers.

Anonymous usage data

We record basic, anonymous usage information (the page viewed, the referring website, the time, a general device type such as mobile, tablet, or desktop, and whether a form was started) to understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics scripts, and we do not store your IP address with this data.

Participating contractors

Contractors who receive your request are independent businesses. Once they have your information, their own privacy practices also apply to how they use it.

Service providers

We may use service providers (for example, hosting, email, or a customer-management system) to store and deliver your request. They may only use it on our behalf.

Some images on this site are illustrations and do not depict specific completed projects.
